Shipping policy

Serenity Crystals will ship out orders 3 times per week - Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.  Our preferred carrier of choice is New Zealand Post and all postage will come with a tracking number.  

Please visit: https://www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/tracking to keep track of where your order is - usually your parcel should be delivered within 3/4 days.

Please refer to our refund policy if your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days from time of drop off to New Zealand Post Shop.

We offer a "fill a bag service" or "build a collection" services which gives you the option on delaying shipping to add other items into your bag.  This service only lasts up to 4 weeks at a time and additional postage may be required.
