1. Where are you based and can we pick up?
Serenity Crystals is based in the northern suburbs of Wellington, yes you can choose to pick up - please direct message our page to co-ordinate this.
2. What is the Add to Open Box mean at shipping?
We have many customers who want to maximise the flat rate shipping option (pay once vs multiple times) and prefer that we hold their orders with us in an "open box" for them.
Our preference for customers who want to establish an open box with us is to pay for their shipping in your first order - put a comment in the note stating OPEN BOX and any additional new orders you place, you can choose the Add to Open Box option so that you don't have to pay for shipping again.
When you are ready to have all your orders posted out to you together, please add to the notes CLOSE BOX in your order, please ensure to include the cost of postage in your final order if you have not paid for it in your earlier orders.

Once that is done, you can choose to OPEN BOX again with your next order. Having said that if you want the items posted to you immediately, please ensure to pay for postage in the same order, we will post the items to you immediately as standard.
3. Do you ship international?
Yes we do and the cost is flat rate up to 1.5kg - any items above that weight will incur additional shipping costs. This will be quoted to you which will need to be paid first before posting out to you.
4. Can we buy in bulk from you?
Yes you can, please message us what you are looking for.
5. How does your live sale work?
To participate in our live sale, please comment Sold or Claim or Mine with the item number or price. The item will be sold by the first comment seen on our screen.
If you are a first time customer, please message us with your email address within 24 hours so that we can email your invoice to you of your purchases.
Payment must be made for live sale purchases within 24 hours.
We offer Afterpay, Laybuy, Credit Card and Internet banking options.
There won't be any additional costs to you such as admin costs or costs to transact through Afterpay, Laybuy etc - we bear these costs for you in thanks for your kind support of our small family business.
